RETURNS AND REFUNDS Co-Parenting for Your Kids handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. For digital purchases, no refund will be provided once the product has been downloaded. For online courses, refunds will only be provided if the customer hasn’t commenced consuming the content. If the customer has logged into the course and started the course, no refund will be provided. Full refunds can be provided if the customer has not logged in or started the course. Once a customer has logged in and started the course it will be considered to be consumed and no refund will be provided. Should you wish to return your items that are not digital downloads, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full.
